Governing conditions and responsibilities for the deployment of cryptographic AI verification across our infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the Kumpirma platform or utilizing the edge inference models, you consent to these terms bounding your node operators and organization. Continued use of our smart contracts automatically implies binding cryptographic consent.
2. User Responsibilities
You are explicitly responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your input document scanners and preserving the security of any cryptographic private keys utilized in anchoring visual assets to IPFS.
You agree not to deliberately feed perturbed adversarial images for the explicit task of manipulating the Siamese CapsNet without prior authorization or established bug-bounty permissions.
3. Limitation of Liability
Kumpirma delivers deterministic AI inferences representing mathematical probabilities. While the Pix2Pix GAN and Siamese CapsNet combination approaches extremely high accuracy in filtering elaborate forgeries, verification outcomes do not constitute definitive legal rulings or absolute financial certainty on their own.
In no event shall Kumpirma be held unconditionally liable for damages stemming precisely from hardware failures on the edge, or irreversible loss of access associated with Ethereum virtual machine operational delays and gas price instability.
4. Service Interruption & Scaling
The core software components operate optimally up to defined high-volume processing capabilities. Access to the tensor ops API may be deliberately halted if a distributed denial of service or sustained erratic traffic patterns compromise shared pipeline stability.
